The successful candidate will benefit greatly from the guidance of these directors and partners.
For the first six months, the successful candidate will not be interacting with clients/ candidates. These months will be spent researching and shadowing partners/ more experienced researchers in order to fully prepare and develop strong foundations for a successful career. After this six-month training and learning will not cease, however. Tools such as role-playing activities with senior partners will be utilised to keep the researchers fresh and the companies reputation held to a high calibre. As the successful candidate becomes more experienced, they will be progress to a senior researcher role and lead candidate meetings. With the next transition being from researcher to a specialised consultant.
The ideal candidate must be hard working and possess real ambition as this is not a micromanaged position. A real love and passion for the industry is a must.
Other ideal qualifications/ qualities include:
- Graduate from a top 20 university with a competitive degree (ideally 1.1/ 2.1)
- Sporting background/ competitive extra-curricular activities.
- Commercial experience/ internships/ office experience is an advantage.
- Intellectual - strong results in A-levels/ degree.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills. Resourceful individual who is intelligent in the real world alongside academic performance.
- Strong communicational & interpersonal skills
- An interest in business and keeping up with the current market.
- Right to work in the UK
As this is a boutique firm (circa 40 employees) the successful candidate with be provided with ample opportunity for exposure and to contribute to the business. Unlike larger firms. you will not be swallowed by the company. You will have the opportunity to take your career into your own hands and build your own reputation within the company. - Competitive base salary 30k-35k with additional bonuses
- 5k pay rise per annum
