Experienced Loss Adjuster in Birmingham - GB Resource Consulting

Gallagher Bassett Resource Consulting are assisting Gallagher Bassett Technical Adjusting to recruit experienced - ideally ACILA / FCILA qualified adjusters to join their expanding loss adjusting team. The team have an excellent reputation in their markets and are looking at future expansion. Experienced Dip CILA / Advanced Diploma CILA candidates will also be considered. Experience, Knowledge and Skills
Previous Loss Adjusting experience essential
Associate of Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters qualification (ACILA) desirable. Cert / DIP CILA and Advance Diploma also considered. The company will support progression.
Educated to A-Level standard or equivalent preferred
Insurance law and claims, policies, practices and procedures.
Excellent communication & relationship building skills
Ability to prioritise workload, write comprehensive report and adjust losses across the Property spectrum.
Proven and confident negotiation skills
Excel and Word skills
MS office and other relevant IT systems proficiency
