Our client, a leading Financial Service provider are looking to recruit a dedicated Team Leader to join their team within the Customer Services function. This opportunity within an ever-changing environment where you will discover the potential to perform and grow.
Customer Services is a fast-paced environment, which requires Team Leaders to react quickly and effectively to daily duties alongside emerging challenges/incidents. Organisational skills alongside a proactive 'can do’ attitude is important.
In this role, you will be responsible for a team of people, driving excellent customer outcomes, proactive risk management and motivating your team through role model leadership behaviours.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, with a drive and confidence to implement potential improvements across the team. Customer Service has a culture of 'one team’ therefore building strong relationships with your team, peers and stakeholders will be critical.
