This is a starter role in the business responsible for providing administrative support across the company whilst being the first line of contact for all Customers.
Answering phone and managing reception - including being responsible for hospitality for visitors
Creating tickets for customers
Printing and stamping invoices
Purchase invoice reconciliation
Credit card reconciliation
Booking in stock and assigning serial numbers
Ordering and managing stationery supplies
Banking (taking cheques to the bank)
GCSE grades level 5 and above including Maths & English
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office skills
Good numeracy skills
Excellent customer service skills
