Remote based (flexible hours)

New Business Manager

An award-winning Creative Advertising Agency that specialises in integrated advertising across TV, Radio, and Print are looking for a New Business Manager to build new business opportunities from scratch and set up new business pitch meetings.

New Business Development Manager

Prior creative or advertising agency is a must with a new business background to ensure securing a spot for the agency on pitch shortlists for integrated campaigns. Must have knowledge offline + online,TV /OOH / radio / print/ ATL (above the line)

  • Identifying new strategies to generate leads and promote the agency
  • Sourcing new business leads and setting up new business pitch meetings
  • Collaborate with other teams (creative, graphic design, media, social media, tech) to produce deliverables for the presentations
  • Preparing reports and research work
  • Prior creative agency experience with sourcing pitches for integrated campaigns and also specific ATL TV-led campaigns. (above the line marketing more of a broad reach)
  • Developing pitch decks.
  • Proven ability in presenting ideas to clients in pitches.
  • Developing strategy for projects won
  • Working both on the creative and commercial side to understand the project brief and develop RFP (request for proposal) accordingly.
  • Must enjoy the process of hunting down opportunities and should have a proven track record

New Business Development Manager

  • Well versed with offline + online,TV /OOH / radio / print/ ATL ( above the line)
  • Experience in developing pitch decks and managing integrated ad campaigns
  • Answer RFPs / RFIs.
  • Has great command of the English language (spoken & written)
  • Great with research and defining target customer personas.
  • Happy to attend meetings and events across UK, Europe, and globally.
  • Excellent commission on each new business win
  • A friendly and international environment
  • Travel, food, and accommodation expenses paid e.g. for client meetings will be covered globally
  • Remote based and part-time
  • Salary negotiable
