A specialist Warehouse/Service Administrator operating from the headquarters based in Blackburn, Lancashire. Due to the development, the business is now expanding within head office and warehouse.
Your new role
As Warehouse/Service Administrator you will need to provide a high quality and efficient support to the Service Centre in terms of service administration and to support with order processing. Duties will include processing stock control movements, chasing enquires and ensure that all requirements are processed in a timely and appropriate manner, liaising with customers/clients, monitor and maintain service spare part stock levels through routine inventory checks and ordering and booking parts.
Identify any Service Centre issues and bring these promptly to the attention of either the Senior Service Engineer or Service Manager. Also be expected to identify possible solutions to the problems and deal with issues raised by customers. Liaise with other external contractors, e.g. postal and courier deliveries, landlord, waste disposal, telephone and IT providers, cleaning.
Therefore, your responsibilities will include great communication, ensure all processes run at full capacity to meet deadlines and consistently in line with our processes to ensure high operational standards and provide regular feedback.
The working hours are flexible between Monday to Thursday with a 3:30pm Friday finish.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in securing this position, you must have experience with Administration and understanding of IT systems such as word and Excel.
All data received must be calculated correctly, therefore, an attention to details is paramount, along with a strong understanding and professional/enthusiastic outlook towards customers/clients is essential. Must be able to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication, numeracy, problem solving and analytical skills
A pass level in both Maths and English GCSE.
