Office Manager - Construction (Main Contractor) - Swansea - Up to £35,000 + Package

About the Client

A leading main contractor who specialise in the field of off site construction, and are experts in providing modular construction solutions. They deliver their projects across every market sector.

Over the past 25 years they have grown from a modular into a significant main contractor, delivering schemes up to the value of £90m as Principal Contractor.

They have strong business units in the Netherlands, Germany and now look to put their stamp on the UK market and attract the best candidates in the sector to help them grow in the UK market.

About the Role

You will join as Office Manager and support the various teams with their administration and organisation.

The team is growing quickly and this will be a critical role in ensuring the office runs smoothly.

You will work with the UK Manager and the Development Manager, and support the Commercial, Design and Operational teams with their day to day tasks.

Eventually you will be line manager for the administration team as this grows over the coming months, and will be heavily involved in the recruitment process of new staff.

What You Need to Succeed

You will have experience working in a senior administrative role within the construction space, and be able to work well in a fast paced environment.

To succeed in this role your core skills will include:

Excellent communication skills
Attention to detail
Mathematical aptitude
Responds well to working under pressure
Time management
Office Management

You will have strong IT and accounting skills and be experienced in dealing with employee matters.
