Job Description

Frontline Recruitment Weymouth Ltd are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to commence a fixed term 12 month maternity cover contract starting September 2021.

The organisation is a well established organisation based in Dorchester.

Your main duties will be varied, typical responsibilities include:

General Bookkeeping:

Sales and Purchase ledger

Bank reconciliations

Asset management

All Banking requirements

Paying suppliers

Monitoring balances

Reconciling and acknowledging money received

Sales Invoicing



Quality Auditing

Credit Control

VAT Returns and Intrastat

Monthly Payroll and PAYE

Monthly Cashflow for Board of Directors with overview and variance analysis

Quarterly P&L and supporting reports

Budgeting and Forecasting

Management and support to the Office Manager

Liaising with managerial staff, colleagues, and clients

General Ad hoc administrative duties cover duties can include:

Telephone cover



Person Specification:

Desired Skills:

Good Organisational Skills, Written and Verbal Communication Skills

Good command of Word, Excel and Power Point

Iris Payroll Systems


Financial Force experience desirable, but not essential

Experience in similar role

AAT Certified desirable, but not essential
