We are looking for a Lettings negotiator in our busy Chorley Branch.
We are ideally looking for people with sales or industry knowledge, however we will consider those looking to take the next step in their career if they can demonstrate they are ready to be part of an enthusiastic target driven team, working towards a common goal.
The main role of a letting’s negotiator is to book property market appraisals. Register tenants matching them to available properties. liaise between Landlord & Tenant. Carry out accompanied viewings and Recommend other products including mortgage services & conveyancing.
