Hays are currently working with a Bristol charity to recruit a Finance Manager
Your new company
This local Charity really make a difference in the local area and they now need a Finance Manager to support the day to day running of the business.
Your new role
Managing a small finance team you will help support on all things finance. This will include management accounts, overseeing transactional duties such as sales and purchase ledger, bank reconciliations and payroll. In addition you will support the senior leadership team and help contribute to the overall growth of the Charity. There is a small team so management of staff will be required.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified accountant with good experience in a management accounts / finance manager role. Ideally you will have experience in the not for profit sector, have experience of quick books and be motivated to work for a charity that is making a difference.
