This is an opportunity for a Project / Account Manager to join an expanding Industrial Product and Medical Devices Design consultancy based in Bristol.
The successful candidate will focus on planning, leading, and delivering high-quality, on-time, and within-budget projects, working collaboratively with senior team members and cross-functional project teams. The post holder will also contribute to developing business through support to sales meetings and proposals. The responsibilities are but not limited to as follows:-
Planning and defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Developing and communicating accurate project schedules and timelines through the use of scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project.
Tailoring resources to suit project challenges.
Ensuring all projects are planned and executed in accordance with the QMS and ensuring revenue, invoicing and GP targets are met.
Monitoring project performance, handling issues that arise, and adjusting accordingly to maintain project goals.
Ensuring on-time and within-budget project execution and delivery by managing risks, driving decisions, maintaining commitments to decision made, and implementing contingency plans with urgency, high quality of execution, and impact.
Working within design control under quality management systems to ISO 13485, ISO 9001, and ISO 14971 standards.
Implementing appropriate project management methodologies and frameworks such as PRINCE2, APM, Agile etc.
Defining, documenting, and updating project proposals through the full development cycle.
Inspire colleagues and lead by example, championing the benefits of project management throughout the business.
Developing and improving ways of working both within and between departments.
This is a great opportunity to take on new projects and develop them and yourself within a company that is expanding and developing its personnel. It would suit someone with an engineering background in industrial design or consumer electronics, with a preference for candidates who have knowledge of medical devices.
Role: Project / Account Manager
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000
