Job Description

A Compliance & Governance Manager is required by a leading organisation based in Amersham, Buckinghamshire. The successful candidate will ideally have experience as a lawyer or audit professional and now be looking to run their own department. A salary of up to £50,000 is available.

You will ideally have experience of FCA in a regulated financial services or automotive environment.

The organisation have recently achieved Cyber Essentials and are working towards IASME Gold accreditation. You will act as the compliance contact, responsible for monitoring and enforcing compliance within their mandatory code of conduct. You will ideally have experience of compliance principles in a complex legal / regulatory setting.

REQUIREMENTS

-        Previous Compliance experience in a regulated environment.

-        A good knowledge of the Finance Conduct Authority

-        You will ideally hold a certified compliance professional qualification.

-        Knowledge of working within Financial Services, leasing or a similar regulated industry.

Amersham / Buckinghamshire

COMMUTE FROM
High Wycombe / Watford / Chesham / Hemel Hempstead


SALARY & BENEFITS
Up to £50,000
Bonus Scheme (up to 10% of basic salary)
A non-contributory pension scheme (8.5% of gross salary) and life assurance cover
Full time 37 hours per week
23 days holiday per annum (rising to 25 days) plus bank/public holidays
