We are looking for someone with strong Personal Assistant and Administration background with a genuine interest in health careto help provide support to the Executive Office as Persona Assistant.

We have placement opportunity available for Persona Assistant available at The Clatterbridge Cancer Centre NHS Foundation Trust.

Department: Executive Office

Location: 6th Floor, The Spine, Paddington Village, Liverpool, L7 3FA

Pay:£12.74 per hour plus accrued holiday pay

The post holder will provide a highly confidential, professional, and comprehensive Personal Assistant service to the Executive Directors in particular the Director of Operations and the Director of Finance. The post holder will be capable of working to schedules and using their own initiative, whilst maintaining a high level of confidentiality and discretion at all times.

The post holder will support the Office Manager to maintain an efficient and effective Executive secretariat service.

The working hours for this role - Full Time 37.5 and you would be required to work Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5.00 pm.

  • NHS experience
  • Experience of working in a PA role at executive level.
  • Advanced use of Microsoft outlook
  • Experience of taking minutes.
  • Advanced Microsoft office skills
  • Accurate typing skills
  • High organisational skills
  • Ability to deal with sensitive/confidential issues.
