Accountable Recruitment are delighted to be working with a successful company based in Liverpool who are looking for an experienced Payroll officer with Bookkeeping experience.

This is an excellent opportunity to join

JOB: Payroll officer/Bookkeeper

SALARY: Up to £26k (DOE)

LOCATION: Liverpool

DUTIES:

  • Bookkeeper duties such as processing accruals, journals
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Responsible for the whole payroll process
  • Payroll and pension processing from inception to end
  • Payroll calculations
  • Dealing with HMRC
  • Dealing with queries
  • Dealing new starter/leaver information, tax codes, holidays, absences, return to works etc

WHAT EXPERIENCE DO I NEED?

- Payroll and bookkeeper experience is essential

- Solid understanding of payroll and auto enrolment legislation

- Meticulous and have a friendly professional manner

- IT literate

- Team player
