The team of Marketers, PR Specialists, Digital Developers, Creatives and Designers work together as co-owners to turn clients’ marketing objectives into reality and have fun in the process. So, what’s the role?

The Account Executives play a vital role in ensuring clients receive the best possible ideas and campaigns whilst working in collaboration with the rest of the team to bring their requirements to fruition. As an integrated agency this may be in the form of marketing strategy, branding, design, digital, print/POS advertising, re-marketing, web, PR, events, film, and packaging.

What does a day look like?

As an Account Executive your key duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Day-to-day client liaison
  • Understanding clients’ business objectives and assisting the Account Handling team to develop appropriate marketing strategies, campaign planning and execution
  • Researching, setting up and running digital campaigns, monitoring and reporting
  • Preparing quotations, draft invoices, meeting notes and update reports
  • Copy writing and proofreading
  • Print/advertising costings and raising purchase orders
  • Event management support

So what do we need?

The successful Account Executive should enjoy through-the-line marketing and be educated to degree level and/or CIM qualified, enthusiastic, keen to learn and possibly looking to start their marketing career. In addition, you will also possess the following skills and experience:

  • Customer-focused with excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Sound numerical abilities
  • An organised and enthusiastic self-starter with a positive approach and a desire to learn
  • An eye for detail
  • A team player with a willingness to take responsibility, muck in and get the job done
  • Friendly with a good sense of humour
  • Digital experience including an understanding of social media marketing, search engine optimisation (SEO), pay-per-click campaigns (PPC), digital advertising, effective websites, email and mobile marketing with a genuine interest in researching and implementing new online media opportunities is beneficial but not essential
  • Experience gained within a marketing agency and knowledge of print is beneficial but not essential

The ability to drive a manual car and a full driving licence is required.

Additional information: working on a full-time basis with 32 days’ annual leave per year (including bank holidays), share directly in the profits of the company (after a qualifying period), on-going training and regular socials.
