Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Manager, with estate agency experience to work at our busy Morecambe branch.

We are looking for people with industry knowledge, that can demonstrate they are ready to be part of an enthusiastic target driven team, working towards a common goal.

Responsibilities

The main role of a Sales Manager will be to work alongside the Branch Manager to assist in the day-to-day running of the branch ensuring that all business objectives are achieved. Providing effective leadership to your team, you will aim to maximise opportunities book property market appraisals. Register purchasers & tenants matching them to available properties. Negotiate property sales, liaising between vendors & purchasers. Carry out accompanied viewings and Recommend other products including mortgage services & conveyancing. Whilst offering outstanding customer service.

  • Excellent negotiation skills & a natural sales ability is key
