Business Development Manager role with a fast- growing workforce deployment business.

Your new company
We have partnered exclusively with an extremely fast growing Global workforce deployment business who specialise in payroll solutions and managed services, enabling their clients to expand globally whilst focus on doing what they do best. They are backed by one of the largest private equity companies in the world and have a presence in over 40 countries with offices in London, Europe and the US. They are now looking to take their growth to the next level and are looking for a number of Business Development Managers to proactively target and win new business within the staffing and recruiting sector. These roles can be anywhere in the UK therefore location is not an issue, travel will be required across the EMEA region.

Your new role
You will be responsible for selling their portfolio of market leading solutions to a diverse client base within the staffing and recruiting sector. You'll be a proactive 'hunter' with the ability to navigate the full sales cycle and close significant deals, utilising your strategic sales expertise. You'll act as a brand ambassador and strive to increase the exposure of the brand across the EMEA region. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing plans and strategies for generating new business and achieving revenue goals/targets
  • Researching and identifying new business leads (also utilising Inside Sales team to develop business)
  • Managing pipeline data in sales database, analysing market opportunities
  • Leading consultative discussions with staffing company owners and C-Level Executives
  • Understanding company resources and strengths, collaborating with internal team members to develop and sell solutions that address the customer's objectives
  • Developing sales strategies, creating cost analyses/proposals for business owners, and providing detailed sales forecasting
  • Manage, document and archive all sales activities on the CRM
  • Leading presentations and proposal meetings
  • Leveraging data to drive and adapt go-to-market strategies and tactics that drive profitable growth

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful it is essential you have a minimum of 5- 7 years consultative B2B sales experience with a demonstrable track record of hitting and exceeding significant revenue targets. Ideally you'll have a background in the staffing/ recruiting sector or related industry (experience selling directly to staffing/ recruitment agencies would be ideal). You will have excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast- paced environment that requires high levels of agility and collaboration.

What you'll get in return
In return you'll receive an excellent basic salary of £80,000 - £100,000 with the ability to earn an additional 20% based on achieving revenue targets plus a generous benefits package and the ability to work from their London office, or remotely with travel across EMEA.
