Job Description

ü Interviewing and short listing potential candidates

ü To build and maintain key relationships with various stakeholders

ü Business development and networking

ü Dealing with compliance and visa regulations

ü Working within International markets

ü Organise travel, following the business travel protocol

ü To maintain a customer-focused attitude towards duties and to ensure that at all times the needs of all clients are identified and met.

ü To provide the client with timely and concise information as required e.g. quotations

ü To maximise placements by accurate data entry of availability and bookings and a conscientious use of standby listings

ü To maintain and update IQX database

ü To assist in the recruitment process

ü To carry out administrative tasks as directed by manager e.g. assist with candidate timesheets

ü To maintain a flexible attitude towards duties and responsibilities, to ensure the efficient working of the team

ü To carry out any other duties appropriate to the post as requested

ü To adhere to set department budget constraints

Sales Activities:

ü Meet sales/gross profit targets

ü Deal with speculative calls, aftercare and service calls

ü Client visits - new and service - identify and follow up business leads

ü Negotiate fees and rates in line with company policy and comply with approvals and discounts allowed and issue terms of business

ü Write and place advertisements on the relevant job boards and on the company system and website

ü Ability to pick up the phone and speak to people

Client Management:

ü Qualify job specification / salary information and record accurate and comprehensive job description - check info / client requirements in line with key processes and legislation

ü Gather information on client - decision maker and number of employees

ü Network with clients

ü Candidate Generation

ü Recruiting from abroad, headhunting, working with agents

ü Proactive head hunting and recruitment skills

ü Building relationships with new candidates

ü Following up with candidates on regular basis, ensuring that they send in their CV and documents.

Obtaining Referrals

ü Following up on leads of potential candidates

ü Arranging Interviews and Negotiating Salary

ü Assisting all candidates within medical license parameters in the UK

ü Candidates Screening and advising them on most suitable work opportunities in the UK

ü Meeting candidates Face-to-Face

ü Supporting/ assisting all candidates with re-location including advise on accommodation and cost of living

Required Skills

ü Good organisational skills with ability to thrive under demanding timelines
