Job Description

Work with a small, growing independent consultant offering flexibility and a welcoming team environment. With a background AutoCAD, structures and building projects, you’ll produce drawings for tender, design, and construction.

Your New Role

You will be joining an engineering consultant who work with a range of clients across the Southeast on housing, bespoke residential, commercial, and industrial developments. Producing structural designs for new build, refurbishment, residential extensions and alterations, surveys, and temporary works.

If you are a CAD Technician looking for a role with more autonomy, trust, and the chance to develop, then this could be the ideal job for you. You will be a Structural CAD Technician or Engineering Technician at ONC/HND level. Confident in your AutoCAD ability to produce layout drawings, details, and construction plans, ideally with previous experience gained with a consultant, architect, housing developer or building specialist. You will get the opportunity develop your CAD and detailing skills, take on responsibility and work with the design team.
