Experienced Office Administrator - Full or Part Time Considered
This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic, well-organised and capable person with excellent administrative and customer service skills to join one of the country’s top ten building control approved inspectors. With 13 offices nationwide - and growing - the company deliver first class building control services to architects, contractors and developers across the UK.
You will work alongside the company’s existing staff assisting in the efficient, smooth running of their operations by providing outstanding administrative support to the Office Manager and HR Department. It is essential that you are a conscientious, supportive team player who also has the ability to work confidently on your own initiative.
You should be qualified to a minimum of GCSE Grade C (4/5) or above and be able to demonstrate experience and skills from a previous administrative role including the use of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel and Outlook). Full training on the in-house software will be provided.
