Part Time Accounts/ Finance Assistant
Permanent
Ellesmere Port- Office Based

£10-11 per hour
3-4 days per week days per week.

Our Ellesmere Port based client are looking to recruit a part time permanent Accounts Accounts/ Finance assistant. This is a key position within the business and you will be providing finance administrative support to the company accountant. The ideal candidate will have experience of the below duties.

You will be responsible for the following:

Bank reconciliations
Purchase Ledger
Credit Card and expenses Analysis
Monitoring/dealing with general queries and answering the phones
Credit control
General admin duties

Person Specification

Previous experience of working in a similar level role
IT literate with a good working knowledge of Excel spreadsheets
Excellent eye for detail
Essential to be a self-starter requiring minimal supervision and direction, but also essential to be an enthusiastic team-player
Good communication skills
Ability to demonstrate initiative, self-motivation and resourcefulness
