We are helping them build their global sales team here in the UK and have a superb role for a senior Business Development Manager who has experience in selling SaaS direct to large enterprises, preferably within the HR Technology space, and definitely in mainland European markets.
- You will have a thorough understanding of the cultures and nuances of selling and building relationships in European markets and have the proven ability to go after high-value targeted accounts within these markets, closing large deals ($1m+) with large blue-chip companies.
- As part of a global team, you will initiate and complete complex, multi-level sales cycles, presenting to C-level executives from HR, Procurement, IT, and Finance. The ideal candidate will be comfortable at Board level interaction, understand bid processes and RFP’s as well as having success with complicated corporate firms with multiple stake holders.
