Our client:
Our client is a European company specialized in the Market Research sector.

Main Purposes of the role:
To design and lead a customer experience which will incorporate all aspects of the customer journey with satisfaction and retention; provide daily support and engage content to grow subscribed customer base

The main duties include:
- To provide excellent customer service and to act as the first point of contact into the business, to route enquiries to relevant departments and handling issues
- To coordinate customer communications and programmes
- To collect customer feedback via surveys
- To manage customer platforms including CRM system
- To lead and build reports

The Candidate:
- Fluent in English - written & spoken to mother tongue standard
- Fluent in minimum one of the following languages: French or Spanish or Italian
- Experienced in similar Customer Service Manager role ideally in B2B environment
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
- Extensive experiences in customer facing role
- Background within database management and providing customer analysis
- Strong customer mindset
- Computer literacy (Excel knowledge for analysis)

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 p.a. + Annual bonus + Benefits
