An excellent opportunity has arisen for you to get the experience of working for one of Hertfordshire's most premier companies.

This a temporary assignment for approx 1 month for a 1st Line Support Analyst to join a busy IT team based in Letchworth.

To start in early July this a full-time position but could also be adapted to part time hours if that would suit you better - Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.30pm.

This role is office based.

Within this role you will be the first point of contact with our end users, you will be the face / voice of IT and you will be working with customers to provide timely solutions to their technical issues.

Contact will be made via 4 channels, telephone, self-service, chat and e-mail. The expectation is for most contacts to be resolved at the desk. With this in mind we need an individual with a solid background in providing remote desktop support, exceptional customer service skills and able to deal with people at all levels of technical ability.

  • Previous experience within a customer service focused role

  • Supporting Windows 10 / Office 365
