Business Development Manager Crown Commercial Services home based £75,000 plus uncapped commission.

An outstanding opportunity exists to join this highly energetic and amazing fintech , which specialises in the employee benefits space.

  • We are really looking for a talented sales person with Experience of working with Crown Commercial Service Framework agreements
  • Knowledge of Employee Benefits market - ideally in the Financial Wellbeing sector and products
  • Experience of working with matrixed teams in multiple markets
  • Commercial experience, previously owning and converting sales opportunities alone and as part of a pitch team
  • Solid understanding and demonstration of selling/influencing/negotiating skills

Not afraid to challenge existing ways of working and come prepared to recommend new process enhancement.

Technical / professional qualifications:

  • B2B sales experience working with various sales cycle models
  • Experience winning business with complex organisations with more than one decision maker

Experience working with C-level decision makers
