Interaction Recruitment are pleased to be partnering with one of Kettering’s most established companies.

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to work in a busy Finance department.

The Role

  • Manage all functions of overseas customer accounts (sales invoicing, credit control, dealing with customer queries, credit checks / application etc.).

  • Cash allocations.

  • Processing credit card payments.

  • Sending monthly statements to customers.

  • Processing monthly payroll.

  • Provide flexible support and assistance to colleagues in the finance team and Chief

  • Accountant.

  • Flexibility & Adaptability

  • Good interpersonal skills

  • Well organised & proactive,

  • IT literate

  • Ability to work in a team

Key Skills

  • Credit control & payroll experience are essential

  • Experience with handling multi-currency expense claims and currency stocks, a solid background in managing credit card expenditure reporting is desirable.

  • Working knowledge of creating, maintaining and sharing basic Excel spreadsheets is desirable
