The People Of: marketing are looking for an accomplished Research Manager for an innovative tech consultancy with global presence. This role can be based anywhere across the UK since our client benefits from multiple offices throughout the UK and offers full flexible working.
This senior research manager post is newly created and will operate across multiple verticals (Retail & Consumer predominantly but also energy/utilities, Healthcare & pharma and financial services). The role will involve research & developing original content on retail trends and current, timely news. You’ll analyse blue-chip companies’ financial results, provide unique insights and key takeaways, conduct in-depth interviews with c-suite executives on business’ growth and strategy plans. You'll have a genuine passion for tech, digital transformation and how the retail landscape is evolving (not exclusive to retail).
Therefore an academic background is required as well as several years’ experience in a research/analyst/contributor kind of role. You’ll be passionate about undertaking in-depth research and then developing your findings into cutting edge content/collateral that can be used to inform industry experts. You'll be comfortable with data and driving data-driven insight as well as strong from a content development point of view.
