Job Description

A fantastic opportunity is available for a Financial Reporting Supervisor. The Financial Reporting Supervisor would be a key member of the Group Accounting team and will be instrumental in ensuring the ongoing successful production of statutory accounts on a quarterly and annual basis.

Key Responsibilities for the Financial Reporting Supervisor

  • Ensuring intercompany balances agree each month and posting and reviewing of intercompany loan interest
  • Analysis and reporting of exceptional costs
  • IFRS 16 lease accounting, ensuring the lease calculations are up to date and liaising with the property team
  • Assistance with cashflow and various treasury tasks
  • Ensuring subsidiary level goodwill is accounted for and maintained correctly.

The individual will need to be a qualified accountant (ACCA/ACA) with a high level of excel knowledge. Confident at a senior level with excellent leadership skills to be able to lead a team. Being able to work well under pressure, in a fast-paced environment dealing with change and prioritising work when strict deadlines arise. Supervising a small team ensuring tasks are completed by an accurate and timely manner.
