An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Financial Accountant Manager located in South Birmingham. The Financial Accountant Manager would support and supervise of the Defined Benefit Pension scheme, including Annual Statutory Reporting and Liability Reductions. Key responsibilities for the Financial Accountant Manager

  • Forecasting and analysis of SAG costs/ownership of cost centres and allocations
  • Detailed working with FP&A to fully align the forecast with actuals and to ensure that all deltas can be explained.
  • Month-end - Small element of routine closing procedures, reporting and reconciliation reviews
  • Manage audit deliverable from external auditors
  • All legal requirements are met and all properties are maintained to a safe and small standard.

You will need to be qualified (ACA,CIMA,ACCA). An understanding and experience of auditing large and complex international businesses whilst having accurate attention to detail. It is important for the individual to be able to work independently and as part of a team.
