Senior Business Development Manager - FinTech
London / Remote
100-120k base, 200-240k OTE + Great Benefits

As an industry leader, our client helps financial organisations of every size implement, understand and manage their IT systems. With their strong focus on application, infrastructure, network and transactional solutions, they are trusted by many of the worlds leading financial organisations. To meet demand across Europe, they now have an exciting opening for a Senior Sales Professional to be based in London.

As a client-facing Senior Sales Executive, you will:

* Deliver a quality service to both new and existing accounts
* Execute sales strategy across a number of European regions (Nordics, France, Germany)
* Sell into / manage both regional and global banks
* Initiate contact with new and existing customers
* Identify and win 6/7 figure sales opportunities
* Cross-sell and retain solutions within existing customers
* Analyse sales data and customer metrics to identify and act upon trends
* Partner with colleagues to deliver a first-class service to high-value prospects/accounts

Senior Sales applications are invited from candidates with the following skills and traits:

* Degree education
* 10 years sales experience
* FinTech, financial infrastructure or technology experience
* Strong understanding of financial markets and market data
* Intelligence, ambition and self-motivation
* A proven record of sales success
* Key Account Managers
* Polished and professional
* Those accustomed to complex sales cycles, first-class proposal writers and storyboarding experts

The successful Enterprise Account Executive can expect:

* A base salary circa 100-120k
* An uncapped OTE exceeding 200-240k in the first year
* An excellent benefits package
