A new opportunity at a large and credible manufacturing business has presented itself for a Accounts Assistant/ Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their experienced finance team.

Reporting directly into the Financial Controller, this position offers variety and is not just an out and out Purchase Ledger role.

Responsibilities include:

*Process supplier payments and customer receipts

*Dealing with the online division's transnational accounts

*Processing Purchase and Sales Ledger

*General administrative support to the management team

*Creating and verifying new supplier accounts

*Matching, batching and coding a high volume of invoices

*Dealing with queries (internally and externally)

*Supplier reconciliations (using Excel)
