One of the London’s top boutique real estate firms are in the process of recruiting for a new Office Manager with PA and reception responsibilities to join their close-knit team on a temp to perm basis. This role will be extremely varied as you will be running the office but in addition you will be supporting the owners in a PA capacity as well as doing admin around their sales. Due to the nature of the role, there will also be a lot of client contact (both face to face and over the phone) so they are looking for someone polished with great client facing skills and experience. A real initiative to muck in and prioritise will be key to success in the role as well as the ability to troubleshoot any issues and some experience in estate agency is very important.
