Executive Search - a research-based role with the highest earning potential in recruitment.

The Role:

Executive search has the highest on target earning potential across all areas within the recruitment consultancy industry; an executive headhunting role. You will be targeting companies, identifying the correct individuals, actively gaining understanding of the current markets and mapping out the markets, writing profiles of the correct individuals whom meet the set criteria. The role will consist of networking within the right crowds and approaching the right individuals.

This industry is centred around the development of relationships and maintenance of existing relationships. These relationships are often with high-profile clients and senior business executives which most often involves frequent international travel to maintain.

Consistently targeting and working with senior level individuals within the markets will play a fundamental element of the role. No two days will feel the same; you will be learning to develop new business from nothing, pitching to directors from a variety of sectors all whom bring huge impact into their businesses.

Find the individuals. Build the relationship. Sell opportunities. Sell to clients. Reap the rewards.

Roles within this industry are highly exclusive and companies only hire 2-3 individuals every year; as a result of this the successful candidate must be able to fulfil a very specific criterion.

  • A minimum of a 2:1 University from a Russell Group University.
  • High level of emotional intelligence, essential for handling of relationships.
  • Influential; must be able to help drive individuals towards positive outcomes for both client and individuals.
  • Result focussed individual, inspired by the correlation between hard work and reward.
  • Critical thinking skills and a highly analytical individual - ability to quickly come to solutions to problems - agile thinker.
  • Resilience and self-motivated individual, effective operating autonomously and with limited guidance.
  • Additional European languages to a business standard - Desirable however not essential.
