You will be focussed on building direct relationships with the top major M&E contractors to build on multi £M large project specification sales revenue. You will be a successful salesperson with a proven background of selling through project specifications and roll-out contracts or framework agreements into the main top M&E contractors. It will be an advantage if you have specifically sold heating, cooling, HVAC, central plant or controls, however if you have sold another product into commercial building specifications working with M&E contractors then please still apply as training will be given.
