MCP Insight currently employs 35 people and provide scanning/compliance services across 25 territories.

Company:

Our client is a compliance/fraud monitoring specialist for advertising on mobile gateways worldwide. Theur clients include: Network Operators, Regulators, Payment Processors and Merchants. They are currently live in 32 territories.

Senior Business Development Manager Role:

They are seeking a full-time Senior Business Development Manager as they continue to expand their business. This is an exciting opportunity within a growing business to take on a leadership role as they grow - with career path leading to board directorship at the earliest possibility. The successful candidate will work primarily from home but will join the team for weekly update meetings (currently video conferencing) in Farnham, UK. International travel will be necessary, when appropriate.

Responsibilities:

  • Research targets in territories and prepare reports on findings for presentation to internal stakeholders
  • Identify new target territories for sustainable campaigns with local Mobile Carriers
  • Identify and build relationships with key C-suite influencers and decision makers in targeted territories
  • Work with directors to develop new business proposals and to participate in pitch meetings with Mobile Carriers
  • Work with Commercial Director to build and manage a growing sales team
  • Collaborate closely with other departments in the business to ensure requirements for new accounts are met

Essential Skills:

  • Excellent knowledge of Global Mobile Operator sector, in particular DCB
  • Speak/write English fluently
  • Excellent verbal/written presentation skills to sell into internal/external stakeholders
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to understand and explain tech solutions
  • Ability to work independently to achieve targets
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills to achieve results within a remote-working team
  • Preferably - Experience building and leading sales teams
