Title: FMCG National KEY Accounts Manager ( retail)

This firm invents, then produces and exports goods that enhance how we live our lives, taking on board new ways of working and entertainment. This role requires perfectly fluent written and spoken English as well as an FMCG or e-comm background. There are outstanding opportunities for the right person as this part of the business is a start-up and you will be a key hire.

The role

Working in new product development and relationship-managing key clients

  • Looking after key retail clients including a portfolio of supermarkets
  • Oversee the product portfolio and optimize the sales revenue
  • Ensure that the portfolio is achieving its sales targets
  • Manage the P+L for your portfolio
  • Manage the sales forecast, prepare the monthly sales report and analysis
  • Drive the retail sell in / sell out, grow the market share
  • Be creative and innovate with Marketing to boost the sales revenue and enhance the customers' awareness
  • Devise promotions and measure results
  • Make sure clients always have sufficient inventory
  • Work with the product development team to introduce new products and expand the product portfolio

Requirements

  • Experienced in managing key retail or FMCG client relationships
  • Proven track record of Sales and Account Management
  • Strong Sales and Negotiation Skills
