A highly innovative payments leader that has been recognised by Forbes in the innovation space, has been booming since their recent marketing & digital transformation journey post the lockdown period. Due to their ongoing organic growth, there is a need to continue scaling their product offerings with a focus on customer and business acquisition. Key to success is a commercially driven, Senior Marketing Automation & Operations Manager to help drive their acquisition & conversion strategies. This will effectively be a part product owner role and champion of the Marketo automation platform within the business, with an aim of driving continual improvement of their marketing capabilities through ongoing process improvements.
You will be stepping into a highly dynamic, performance and KPI driven sales environment within a data and consumer focused environment. Your day to day will be liaising with various cross functional departments across all levels, and your typical stakeholder groups will include marketing, sales, product & digital stakeholders as well as IT & development teams with an aim to improve development and optimization of Marketo from an automation perspective. You will be involved with technical and commercial requirements, user stories, mapping business requirements and act as the Salesforce subject matter expert and be the conduit between technical and business gaps with various teams.
