New Chapter are looking for a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join a well-established and award-winning wine merchant, as they search for a Private Client Account Manager to join their London-based division.

Through the management of a pre-existing portfolio of clients, the Private Client Account Manager will consistently reach, if not exceed, their individual targets through the seamless correspondence and management of their accounts. Also responsible for identifying and converting leads, you will onboard new clients while utilising state of the art technology and platforms which ensure a modern and tailored approach.

Being a global operation, with a number of international offices, the Private Client Account Manager will work in close collaboration with these teams, to ensure a comprehensive understanding of all market conditions. You will also work alongside the business’s marketing team to ensure the production of consistent and relevant offers to your clients, and you will create new opportunity through networking and event initiatives.

In order to be considered, candidates must:

  • Possess 3-5 years of sales experience - ideally within the premium space
  • Experience managing multiple clients/accounts at any one time
  • WSET Level 3 or above is preferred but not essential

Joining a team of like-minded individuals, the Private Client Account Manager will possess a clear understanding of the drinks industry, and have an obvious passion for wines. A strong work ethic, an entrepreneurial spirit, and an ability to communicate and influence is of the essence to succeed here.
