Account Manager, London, £38,000 plus bonuses

Role purpose

As Account Manager within this industry-leading, global, marketing technology business, you will support clients to reach their business goals by managing the relationship from post sales through to implementation and anon.

As Account Manager you'll:

  • Onboard and train new clients to proficiently use the software
  • Analyse data and anticipate client needs
  • Retain client revenue
  • Identify upsell opportunities
  • Have strong technical acumen and stay up to date with the latest updates to the software platform

As Account Manager you'll have:

  • A Bachelor's degree or working experience to an equivalent level
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office and IT skills, knowledge of Salesforce would be advantageous
  • Proven project management skills
  • A proactive attitude, work well independently and as part of a team
  • The ability to adapt in a constantly changing, fast-paced work environment
