Bookkeeper in Letchworth Garden City - Reed

REED accountancy are delighted to be working with a highly reputable accountancy practice based in Letchworth Garden City. Our client is seeking a Trainee Accountant and Trainee Bookkeeper to join their growing team. This position is ideal for an individual that is keen to bolster their accountancy career, with study support offered for those who seek it!
This firm has been well established for over 75 years, providing accountancy, business advisory and taxation services across the country.
The Role:
Ideally suited to those who are keen to become a fully qualified accountant
Duties will include
Outsourced bookkeeping
Audit work
Basic Personal and Corporate Taxation computations
Accounts preparation
Ideally you will be AAT Qualified and have plans to study either ACA or ACCA
Personal Specification:
You should be extremely numerate, work well as a member of a team as well as individually and be proficient in using IT software including Sage and Xero
Ideally you will possess 2 A Levels grade A-C and Maths at a minimum grade B
Practice experience for this role is highly desirable and advantageous
