Job Description

We are a small coin operated machine business looking for an experienced Accounts Administrator. This is a permanent, full time role, based from our unit in Penkridge Staffordshire.
Sales&purchase ledger entries. Checking and inputting purchase invoices. Raising sales invoices, sending monthly statements. Allocating sales receipts. Purchase payments. VAT Returns. Month end reports.
Must have bookkeeping experience and be familiar with sage, Xero/QuickBooks.
Must be experienced with Microsoft Office Products - Word, Excel, Outlook, Access.
Occasional cash collections from machines located on pub and club premises (expenses paid)
Full driving license required.
