Job Description

A highly innovative payments leader that has been recognised by Forbes in the innovation space, has been booming since their recent marketing & digital transformation journey post the lockdown period. Due to their ongoing organic growth, there is a need to continue scaling their product offerings with a focus on customer and business acquisition.

Key to success is a commercially driven, Senior Technical Marketing Automation Manager to help drive their marketing effectiveness across the wider business. Your day to day will involve liaising with various cross functional departments across all levels, and your typical stakeholder groups will include marketing, sales, product & digital stakeholders as well as IT & development teams. You will be tasked with managing technical and commercial requirements, user stories, mapping business requirements and act as the Salesforce subject matter expert and be the hybrid conduit between technical and commercial/business.

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • 4+ years experience working in a marketing automation platforms capability role within a customer acquisition led environment (Pardot, Eloqua, Marketo or other similar enterprise platform experience essential).
  • A commercial and strategic mindset, as you will be working with senior stakeholders across various different departments so stakeholder communication and management skills will be key.
  • A strong understanding of digital marketing / acquisition channels, as this role will be focused on driving sales performance and conversions.
