Our client a market leader in the alternative legal provider space, are looking to grow their Lawyer team and bring in someone who can operate as an Engagement Manager. This role will require you to be external facing with the lawyers and be very adept and soft client skills and be innovative in coming up with solutions for their client base across several sector areas.
This is an ideal opportunity if you come from a professional services background and are looking for a role where you can make a tangible impact in a client facing capacity.
The ideal person will be an experienced B2B business development, client relationship or sales professional who has experience in delivering professional services solutions in a consultative way. The key here is in developing long term, ongoing relationships with the lawyers which ultimately result in providing a great service to the firms clients.
Within the role whilst also dealing with the external partners you will work in tandem with the firms client team, as such the team are looking to complement the existing team with an individual who is a team player and enjoys working in a collaborative environment.
If you are from a recruitment, law firm or wider professional services background with education and/or experience of working in the legal industry that would be highly beneficial.
