This is a solution in incredible demand currently and due to this, my client are aiming to DOUBLE their sales team! (Which they successfully did in 2020 throughout a global pandemic), starting with a Business Development Manager.

This is the perfect opportunity for a recruiter looking to move industries and become a Business Development Manager in SaaS, due to the nature of the product. Having a recruitment background makes product and client knowledge much easier meaning you will have more sales success!

  • 12 months+ in recruitment consultancy
  • OR, 12 months+ in SaaS sales
  • Track record of business development success
  • Excellent communication skills and personable character
  • Dynamic & high energy (definitely needed when joining a start-up)
  • Innovation - new ideas and a fresh perspective welcomed!

What’s on offer?

  • Commission - starting on a £28-35k basic, you can realistically take home anywhere between £60K-70K from a standing start. The business is now bigger than ever so you could be the next record biller!
