KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:· Perform bookkeeping, Bank deposits and reconciliation, account payable and other client payments· Managing employees expense claims· Maintain bookkeeping files· Perform clerical and other related duties as required· Prepares and maintain receiver general, employee benefits and other mandatory remittances· Maintain and installs accounting software and file backup· Other duties as required· Recording of Debit and credits· Developing monthly financial statements including cash flow, profit and loss and balance sheet. QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of 2 year of experience in bookkeeping Must have excellent Computer skills and willingness to upgrade computer skills as required.Completion of a bookkeeping or similar course is highly advantageous.Previous experience as a bookkeeper, preferably within a company of a similar size.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Quick BooksStrong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Capable of Working with Minimal SupervisionBasic Understanding of Tax Procedures and familiarity with Benefits and Other Wage Deductions,Ability to Work on a Deadline and Sound Decision-Making SkillsGood time management and organizational skills.Working knowledge of relevant legal regulations.Able to prioritize and multitask effectively.Adherence to all prescribed ethical guidelines, including confidentiality.Strong sense of integrity.Employment Terms & Benefits:Salary: 25k-35kContracted hours: 40hrs per week (09h00 -17h00 Mon-Friday)Annual Leave: 5.6 weeks per annumPension: NEST pension SchemeTraining: Opportunity for training and professional development
