Key Account Manager (Recruitment Consultant - Sales)
We are currently looking for sales driven individuals to join us as a Key Account Manager (Recruitment Sales). Previous recruitment experience or extensive sales experience within the Social Care field is required for this position and we are looking for individuals who display our core values: passionate about people, ambitious, insightful, expert and innovative. What should I expect day to day?
As a Key Account Manager (KAM), you'll work alongside a Recruiter to manage your own area of the Social Care market. You will work within a commercial and entrepreneurial environment and have responsibility for the following:
This role will see you in a client facing role challenged with engaging with the market and targeting business via both long term formal relationships and one off 'spot' requirements; you will be backed up by a team of two recruiters who will then ensure deliverance on your client commitments and be in charge of both the candidate sourcing and job filling process, leaving you free to continue with your client development.
Due to the complete nature of the QSW field we are looking for someone who has previous experience and understanding of the intricacies of both the Child and Adult's side of the market and is enticed by the freedom that a Business Development and subsequent Account Management post would offer; this role should naturally appeal to someone who is passionate about supply into the market and improving the Hays brand within it, without being consumed by candidate sourcing and compliance.
