Hours - Mon- Fri 40 hrs
Our client is recruiting a Bookkeeper/Administration Assistant on a permanent basis.
The role is as follows:
Responsible for all financial and administrative requirement for the company
Producing management accounts, P&L and balance sheet reconciliation. Prepare accounts for external audit.
Budgeting and forecasting
Pre-payments and accruals
Cash flow reporting and cash management
Maintaining fixed assets register
All day to day accounting - purchase ledger, bank reconciliation, sales ledger etc…
VAT returns and PAYE returns
HR duties to include, monthly payroll, P11D, year end wages and produce P60's
Company compliance to include health and safety, reporting etc…
Managing supplier payments
Managing insurance renewals and maintenance contracts
General administrationThe successful candidate should be either qualified by experience, or have obtained at least an AAT qualification, and ideally have knowledge of Sage 50.
