Our client offer a whole range of office/bookkeeping support for businesses. It is a small friendly business and they are looking for someone who can provide exceptional customer support.
· Processing invoices, receipts, payments and expenses
· Completing VAT returns
· Undertake monthly bank reconciliations and a periodic reconciliation of accounts
· Managing client company ledger
· Maintain regular contact with clients to facilitate good working relationships
· Process monthly and ad-hoc sales invoices for clients.
· Take a proactive role in managing and collecting the debts of clients' customers.
· Respond professionally and promptly to ad-hoc requests from clients.
