Practice Bookkeeper in Lichfield - Bennett & Game Recruitment

Due to the growth of my client, they are now seeking a Bookkeeper to join the team located in Lichfield and push forward to continue developing the business. My client are a small but fast growing Accountancy firm and require a talented individual to take on the accounts duties such as VAT returns, tax returns, management accounts, cashflow forecasts and general bookkeeping.

The successful applicant would ideally have multiple years' experience within an accountancy firm, have a great knowledge of Xero & QuickBooks and also have a full UK Driving License.

Practice Bookkeeper Position Overview

Must excel in preparing VAT Returns

Assisting as-well as managing the production of year-end financial paperwork

Managing Tax Returns

Management accounts

Cashflow forecasts and budgets

General bookkeeping duties

Practice Bookkeeper Position Requirements

You would ideally have experience with Xero & QuickBooks

Experience within an accountancy practice is essential

Good communication skills

Ideally would have experience working independently and as part of a team

Practice Bookkeeper Position Remuneration

Salary: £26,000 - £28,000

Working hours: 09:00 - 17:00 (Monday to Friday)

Annual leave: 25 days + bank holidays
