We are currently looking to hire an ambitious Business Development Manager to join our growing London based workplace design and build organisation. This position is available for an immediate start, offers an excellent bonus structure and a long-term career opportunity within an expanding Design & Build organisation.

Role Overview:

Business Development Manager - Office / Workspace Interiors - Design & Build
Clerkenwell, London / Remote Flex
£40,000 - £60,000 Base Negotiable Plus OTE Bonus (Uncapped)

The Business Development Manager Role:

The opportunity would suit a dynamic sales professional looking to join a growing commercial office interior D&B fit out organisation and further their career. You will be responsible for business development, developing leads and managing client relationships. Suitable candidates will be excellent with clients, have experience in BDM / sales management and be based in London.

Workplace fit out, specific sales experience and current contacts within the office interiors market would be a distinct advantage.

About the company:

We are a London based privately owned and well established fit out contractor with a team of experienced D&B professionals, focussed on winning and delivering a variety of Workplace projects in London and beyond. We work closely with a range of clients types along with the several landlords and Project Management teams to deliver Cat A, Cat B, refurbishment and dilaps projects.

Requirements:

Suitable candidates will already have business development experience with a well-established fit out & refurbishment organisation or in a similar field. The suitable individual should have some established contacts, be able to work independently and be able to take on, develop and add to an existing range of lead sources. Most importantly the candidate for this role must be trustworthy, reliable, conscientious, and keen to progress their career further. They will also have to be a highly motivated individual and a strong team player.

Location:

Our head office is in Clerkenwell, London and the majority of projects are located in Central London.

In Return:

+ Basic Salary of £40,000 - £60,000 negotiable on experience + commissions
+ 25 days annual leave
+ Uncapped commissions
